We're Looking for a Marketing Specialist!
GymBeam, the largest e-commerce player in Central and Eastern Europe in the field of sports nutrition, is expanding its team. Join our marketing dream team, work on projects that impact the dynamics of the sports nutrition market!
Your role will involve:
- Prepares, creates and plans social media content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.;
- Prepares evaluations of social media statistics along with execution and come up with further action steps for improvement;
- Is able to come up with “out of box” social media and marketing campaigns or propositions which will lead to generation of profit and building of brand awareness;
- Is able to fulfill copywriting tasks connected with the preparation of marketing campaigns;
- Participates in the preparation of discounts and seasonal sales;
- Proactively suggests and implements new features and ideas to develop brand awareness, social media presents, communication and company growth;
- Actively works with all available data and adjusting marketing campaign preparation according to them;
- Stays up-to-date with current technologies and helps identify social media and marketing trends and key opportunities;
What we expect from you:
- 3Y+ experience in marketing or/also as social media manager;
- Additional marketing certifications are a plus;
- Fluent in English;
- Demonstrated skills in social media, marketing strategy, preparation of marketing and sales campaigns and the ability to maintain a fast, independent and fluid workflow;
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop) is a plus;
- Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform;
- Able to prepare evaluations of campaigns independently;
- Drive for new ideas and creative thinking;
- Able to balance data-driven decision-making and communications with a strong empathy for the customer and instinct for the market;
- Excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work;
